I would suggest places like Best Buy or any of the nice electronic stores and buy it especially on Black Friday or around the holidays. Always find a sale when you are buying electronic products because there are always cheaper products that have the same quality as all the other products not on sale.

It will first depend on what are your requirements. There are several places online where you can get great deals at very low cost for new and used laptops, like eBay, Amazon, Overstock, TigerDirect. Besides that you can always try local stores in your neighborhood.

Bargain laptops are easily found at club stores like Sam's Club or Costco. You can find a PC like Sony or Toshiba, with enough processing power to do most things, for much less than a computer store or sometimes online.

If you are interested in a used computer check out Garten Foundation's Ebay store at http://stores. ebay. com/Garten-Services-Inc. This is a non-profit organisation that recycles used electronics. Thay often have good used laptops that go for under $200 on Ebay auctions. Watch for laptops with operating system installed or you can get a linux OS for free.

You can find discount laptops at newegg, or at a local computer repair store, where they refurbished an older computer. Refurbished computers often carry a warranty, and are just as good as new ones. You can also search ebay for new, used , and refurbished computers, at a low price.
