Not sure of your application, whether this is an accessibility ramp or a skate boarding ramp, but the construction is the same. Decide on your materials, probably 2 bys and ply, determine your rise and run, and construct accordingly. Use galvanized hardware, and corner brackets are recommended to keep on square. You can find plans online.

For a standard mini ramp nail a 2x4 to a sheet of plywood. Nail another sheet on top with a 2x4 between them at one end.

First you need to decide on what you're going to build the ramp out of. If it's wood; you just need to build a frame with a good thickness board on it and legs of the correct length. If it's concrete you need to build the form in the shape of the ramp, support it well, and pour.

Get a piece of plywood or two, and also some two by fours, and some nails or screws. Saw your desired height and length of boards. Build a frame with the two by fours and then use the plywood to sheet your frame.
