How do I become an animal cop?

Start by volunteering at your local animal shelter. Be sure that you can actually handle the horrible things you are going to see, talk to the officers, get a feel for the position. Talk to them about their qualifications and find out if there's anything they would have done differently. Then apply for the police academy.

I believe to become an animal cop you must work with the aspca. This organization ensures the well being of animals. I would like to becomean animal cop because animals are treated imhumanly. They are killed for their meat, skinned for their fur. How would you like it if you were treated that way.

Depending on your location, you can register first as a volunteer to watch against Pet brutality. Some organization provides training for this job and you can usually attend it for free. You can check the website of PAWS (Progressive Animal Welfare Society) for more details.

In order to become an ASPCA Humane Law Enforcement (HLE) officer you must begin with the same qualifications as any other law enforcement officer. You should also be aware that this is a much coveted job so experience and seniority will count for much.
