Sort of simples: go to an oline search engine, I prefer Google, and search for keywords such as live chat customer service jobs or live website chat support, and see what comes up. You should check out different ones before committing to one because there are some jobs out there that pay really well for that type of work.

A lot of online retailers have live customer service that allows a customer to chat with a representative. Like any customer service job, you would be expected to know the product line inside and out and be willing to work to resolve issues to keep customer happy. You would use a keyboard and computer rather than a cell phone.

Just go to a company that specializes in this. That's typically in India, so you'll need to move there. They sit behind computers, not phones.

You should start looking into real careers, because there almost zero people who actually do this for a living, just so you know.
