You certainly can. I am pretty sure you can as with most mobile carriers you can text anywhere overseas including Asia. If you are unsure you are best ringing customer care.

The Globe sim card can be used to text almost any country. The cards works with all phones that connect using a GSM network.

Yes you can. you will have the ability to text overseas, but it also depends on you your service provider is and whether you have the required texting or data plan

Yes however texting rates may apply. Some companies require that you have their card so it depends on which type of sim card you get.
