The first thing a company will look at when selecting which candidates they would like to interview is your resume, and how well it is put together. Next, they will look at your qualifications and previous employment history as it relates to the position you are applying for.

They review the submitted applications, select the one that would suit the job posting. This is based on experience and previous work history. It is always important to leave a previous employer on good terms. If you are selected you will be notified. Follow up on your application or send them a thank you card for interviewing you.
