How did Brandon Lee (of "The Crow") die?

Lee was accidentally shot and killed while filming The Crow. Brandon's character was shot from a handgun that was loaded with "blank" cartridges. These blanks were loaded into the handgun not knowing that somewhere in the barrel or cylinder, there was a whole or piece of a dislodged bullet. Upon discharge, the dislodged bullet fragment struck and killed Mr. Lee.

Brandon Lee of "The Crow" died from a bullet wound. When they were still shooting the movie "The Crow" someone on the set had a gun that supposed to have blanks in it. Someone, no one knows who, replaced one of the blanks with a real bullet and the actor accidentally killed Brandon Lee.
