Insufficient alternator current, improper functioning voltage regulator, headlights left on, door open, electricity drawing accessories from battery while engine isn't running, loose battery cables, parasitic drain by newer electronics, switch illuminating brake lights wearing out arbitrarily turning on brake lights will impair battery charging ability eventually losing charge gradually.

Often the general cause of this is a bad starter if in fact your battery is new with few miles on it and the starter could of drained the battery's life. Also it may be as simple as your battery is old in they will notlast forever. You must replace usually every 6-12 months if you have high miles.

Batteries only last 5-7 years so it could be age. Other than that, it's possible that a light somewhere is staying on. Check the glove box and dome lights.

Most probably this is because you left the headlights or the stereo on for a long time without the engine running. It could also be that the connection to recharge the battery when the engine is running is loose and hence the battery did not get recharged.

many things can cause it to die. sometimes it doesnt have enough water in the battery. or you left a light on in your car too long too many times which ends up making your car battery die. even having your hazards on when ur vehicle is off kills a battery really quick

You probably have a bad battery, a bad alternator, or a slow drain somewhere. Have your battery and your alternator checked at your local auto parts store or mechanic. If that doesn't show anything wrong go through your electrical system looking for broken or loose connections. Common culprits include lights or stereos.

Batteries work the same on all cars, and most of the cases they die because of age more than 2 years. Also be careful and do not leave lights on
