Wash your hair with a clarifying shampoo and conditionaer and put in a rinse that is the lightest blond you can find. If you ant it to look more natural, look for words like honey if you're a natural blond or ash if you're a natural brunette.

You're going to need a high volume lift base, and a blonde color that has a blue or violet base as opposed to the more yellow tones. Leave the dye on the brassy parts longer than the rest of your hair. I recommend going to a salon!

You can try a toner. A shampoo with toner can be found at your local beauty supply store and that should help just follow directions.
