How can I straighten a warped cabinet door?

There is an old woodworking technique that people used long before we had electric tools, but it is a tricky process. You need to get the cabinet wet, but not soaked, just wet enough that it is pliable. Place the wood into a vice and bend it back to straight. Place the other side in a vice and dry it.

Take the door down, put it on a flat surface (warp raig off ground), and pile on weights to push the warp in the other direction.

There is noway to straighten a door that is warp. The cause of it could be from humidtey in the house being to dry. Raise your hunidtey in the house and see if that helps if not it would be easyer to have it replaced with a new one.

It is not possible to straigten a warped door. The easiest thing to do would be to replace the warped door.

Straighten a BOWED cabinet door with a oak wood strip cut to fit inside the face frame. 3/4 X 2 Predrill through the long narrow edge of the strip then glue and clamp inside the door near the free edge so that it counteracts the bow. Use correct size woodscrews.
