How can I repair my 2001 4x4 Dodge Ram air conditioner switches?

Unfortunately, there is not much of an answer to give. When these switches go bad, there really is no "repairing" them. They just go bad. You will more than likely have to replace it. There is an off hand chance you may be able to repair it with a little solder, but that would take some skill.

There really is no way for a do it yourselfer to repair these switches. It is less of a headache to call your dodge dealer and order new swithes. Then simply remove the old and install the new. Make sure you use dielectric grease on all your electrical conectors to ensure a good tight fit.

it probably has a electronic swith so your going to have to pull the dash out. im not positive but it should be by the control panel in the dash. youll need a multimeter to tetsh the switch and youll also need a wiring diagram to figure out what wires to test.
