How can I remove a fish bone that is stuck in my throat?

A small amount of peanut butter on a small amount of bread might help to snag the fish bone and send it down into the digestive tract.

Go to the doctor and get it removed. Trying to do it yourself, you could do permanent damage to your throat. They do it all the time.

Do not attempt to remove the bone without professional medical attention. Fish bones are very sharp and can easily puncture sensitive throat membrane causing various complications and damage.

Definitely dont do it yourself, even if you managed to get it out of your esophagus witout tearing it, your stomach might not be able to digest it properly. I would seek medical attention immidietly!
