How can I make dove wings for a costume?

You will need some type of thin wire that you can bend and form into the shape and size you want. Then you need white toulle, gauze or any kind of thin material that you can put around the wire and secure with an adhesive. Then attach elastic to the inside to be used as straps to wear the wings.

Well, the cheapest way would be to get a few pieces of white cardboard and draw the wings, cut them out, and find a way for them to fit comfortable on yours arms. Or, you can get a long white glove and some white fabric, using cardboard to keep shape find a way to attach some white feathers.

Making dove wings for a costume is not extremely difficult. Start out by cutting two wing shaped pieces of out cardboard. Make 2 holes in each wing, where you can later attach them to the rest of you costume. Then use a glue gun to stick feathers onto the cardboard to make them look "real".

Other than buying them, you can make them by starting off with a basic framework. You might be able to find this at a craft store of you can make it out of chicken wire. Then just add feathers.
