You can learn to crochet and basketweave from many books that are for beginners. Most of these books can be found at your local library and they are full of photos that make it easy to learn from. There are several websites with videos and pictures that will show you step by step instruction as well.

Check your local library for books on basket weaving and crocheting. Local craft stores (Michaels) should have the yarn and needles for crocheting and the wicker or reed for basket weaving.
