Open the blower door on the unit, remove the high speed wire from the multi-speed blower motor from the terminal marked cool and replace it with the medium speed wire.

Most blower motors located on HVAC units have color coded wires on them that you can change the speed on your air conditioner by connecting the corresponding wire to the speed that you desire.
