Usually melted plastic will break off into pieces if you work at it a little bit. depending on the amount and type of plastic you may heat the oven slightly to make removal of the plastic easier.
this is how you can get melted plastic out of your oven i would turn your oven on for a few mins to get it kind of hot in there once it is hot in there the plastic will come out a lot easier then trying to get it out solid
