There is so much involved when someone dies. First of all,contact the administrator of the will. If you are not satisfied, go to your local court who will direct you to the right department for assistance. Most lawsuits are public records. You can also contact your attorney.

you can search court records, anything filed in court becomes public record. Under the freedom of information act, anyone has access to these, Most places now have an online portal to the records as well, simply search by their name and you can see any legal action relating to them.
