You are going to have to pay a lawyer to help you, which is going to be expensive. It will depend on state laws, etc, but be sure to have all your paperwork from any alcohol/ drug classes that you took available as you will need it. The cleaner your record has been since the DWI, the better.

It depends on your state so you will need legal advice. Some states will never let a DWI off a driving record.

It varies state to state.Normally you need to petition the state that you live in and show proof that you life has changed. It is not very easy to do.

The only way to expunge a record is to hire an attorney. You must then go to court and prove to the courts that you are in a better position.
