You need to try and realize that even though you resent the way they treat you, you ultimately can't change it, you just have to learn to change the way you react to them.

Sometimes we think our parents are being unreasonable or too hard on us. If possible, ask to talk with them about things that upset you and try to understand their point of view. Then seek to find compromises whenever possible. Ask them what can be done to make things better.

You can try to see things from your parents' perspective. Tell them that about something that bothers you and ask if they can come to a compromise with you.
