By activating spam filters when configuring your account settings, you can reduce spam texts and unwanted calls. Alternatively, use an anti virus software.

If you call your network provider they should be able to stop spam texts on request. You can do this by calling the customer service number for your provider. Alternatively you can stop them yourself if you have already received a text - simply reply STOP to the text.

The bottom of the text always has a number to text to in order to stop them. Usually there are instructions like text STOP to 99999 for example.

Keep a record of all the texts you receive. Note the time, sender, and contents of each message. Contact your provider's Abuse department with your findings.

The best way to attempt to block spam texts is to contact you cell provider directly to block the sender.

You should have a spam blocker in your email which can be activated, or unsubscribe from messages this stops a lot of spam.

Unfortunately, there is no way to block spam texts unless you contact your carrier company and let them know you would block some numbers.
