How can I avoid potty training problems?

Do not toilet train until the child is ready. Eagerly reward success using small appreciated , but do not physically punish accidents. Give praise when a child tries, even if it is just taking their pants off and sitting on th epotty.

This is not possible. Every child has their own roadblocks and difficulties. Just be very patient and don't put too much pressure on your child. They are going to have accidents. No one is perfect when they are learning how to do something. The best way to move your child along is to take away the pullups permanently.

The best way to avoid potty training problems is not to try to rush the process and wait for your child to be ready to potty train.
