I know several people named Seven. I think anything can be used as a name. People use objects, why not numbers? Seven, 7, Apple, Peach, Pilot.... etc. The meaning behind a name is up to you. If a number means something to you, then there you go.

I have a friend whose name is Yi, it means "one" or "first" in Chinese. In the Chinese culture, many first born children are named "Yi". This is also true with only-children in the Chinese culture. It's not very creative or even flattering, but some parents do believe it an acceptable name for their children.
