Have you tried the 8 Minute Abs DVD?

No, but people aren't generally going to lose weight with just 8 minutes of exercise. Diet is key to losing weight, and exercise helps. I don't doubt that 8 minute abs will help define your abs over time, but that's only with a low enough body fat percentage and most people looking into DVD's probably aren't low enough.

The DVD had me feeling the burn, and is a good way to get an intense workout in a short period of time. I did feel that the DVD only focused on a small group of muscles, and would recommend Turbo Kick if you want a total core/body workout.

Yes I have tried them. I really like them actually. They are great for toning your abs. But make sure you combine the workout with cardio during the week too.

Yes, I have tried the 8 minute abs dvd. The exercises realyl start to work if you dedicate time everyday to doing them. The key with having great abs, however, is that you need to work on your diet in addition because if you continue to eat poorly, the fat will still cover up the abs.
