For weight loss, what's more important, diet or exercise?

I am curious if one plays a bigger role.

Well, both diet and exercise are vital to losing weight. They go hand in hand with a weight loss system. I believe that exercise is more important because it will get your body in shape and allow you to burn more calories. Dieting can only go so far. Burning calories is incredibly important to losing weight.

Both a diet and doing an exercise plays great role in reducing weight. However the most important and better way is doing exercise. Doing exercise increase your body movements, burns more calories and improve the digestive system. Additionally it also strenghen bones and as a result you can enjoy a healthier life.

Both of these factors are going to have a big impact on your health. I would say "diet", because your diet can lead to heart disease and other diseases.

Both are important, but exercise can play a bigger role in weight loss than diet alone. This is because there is not much of a limit to how much a person can exercise, but there is a limit to how much they can cut back their eating. Once you get to zero, that's it, and your metabolism drops in response.

Both are dependent on each other. Exercise burns calories, diet restricts the intake of calories. Using only one method could work but not as fast as combining both.
