Does Stouffer's have a good line of diet food?

Stouffers also makes Lean Cuisine, which is designed to have fewer calories. I think the question as to whether it's "good" is a matter of preference. I don't like them very much, but they are quick and edible. They have one that is baked chicken with stuffing that isn't too bad.

A lot of diet food brands have meals that average about 250-300 calories, but they have a whopping 12-13 grams of fat. Stouffer's meals rarely exceed 10 grams of fat.
