Because of the changes in hormones, a woman will find herself suffering from many stomach related problems during pregnancy. During the first trimester you may suffer from diarrhea, constipation, or both. In fact, many woman suffer from minor to severe acid reflux, flatulence, and gas pains that push up into the ribs and into their lower pelvis.

No, pregnancy doesn't cause diarrhea. Eat bland food, like crackers, and drink plenty of water. If diarrhea persists for >24 hours or you have a fever, call your midwife.

Diarrhea can be a side effect of pregnancy. I always had diarrhea during my pregnancy. It could affect your nerves and upset your stomach, plus things are changing so much.

Pregnancy in itself does not cause diarrhea, you may have developed a virus or eaten something that did not agree with you. If it becomes worse or bothersome you should consult with your doctor.
