Just about anything can be an early sign of pregnancy. Diarrhea isn't specifically one. My first clue was my breasts grew over a cup size! Sometimes that is normal for your period, but it is also a very good sign of pregnancy!

Diarrhea isn't a sign of pregnancy. Possible signs are: no period, "feeling" pregnant, nasuea, vomiting, sore/enlarged breasts, stretch marks, fetal movement, Chadwick's sign, and milk. Probable signs are: enlarged abdomen/uterus, positive pregnancy test, Goodell's sign, Braxton Hicks contractions, and palpable baby. Positive signs are: ballottement, fetal heart tones, and ultrasound.

That is not one of the signs of early pregnancy. The most common signs are missing period, tiredness, frequent urination, nausea, tender breasts, heartburn, constipation and headaches.

No it isn't. Bowel movements don't detect pregnancy at all. There are other signs (breasts enlarging, obviously not having your period, vomiting, fatigue, etc), but diarrhea isn't one of the signs.

No, diarrhea is not a sign of pregnancy. Missing your period, upset stomach, cravings, loss or gain appetite. Being unusually tired. If diarrhea was a sign I would have been pregnant many times. Maybe it's something that you ate.
