Does anyone know how to make white cheese dip?

You will need some white cheddar cheese or if you chose, some Parmesan, mozzarella or some other white cheese. You will need to make a sauce with some milk or heavy cream and the you can add salsa or whatever other taste you desire in the dip. However, you will need to start with white cheese.

Ingredients: 1/4 cup butter 1/4 cup white flour 2 cups milk 1 tsp. ground cumin 3 cloves garlic 2 fresh jalapeno peppers 8 monterey jack salt to taste.

Add all the ingredients such as white cheese and chili put it in a double broiler and in medium heat. Cook until cheese was melted and well blended then serve.

Use "Queso Quesadilla" cheese if you can find it. I shred that and add some chopped chilies, and some milk or cream. Heat it and stir until it is perfectly melted. If it is too thick add more milk or cream.
