Combine 3 cups plain non-fat yogurt, 1 cup finely chopped fresh spinach, 1/2 cup chopped parsley, 1/2 cup chopped scallions, 1 tsp dried dill leaves and 1 minced garlic clove.

I make my low-fat spinach dip by mixing together one eight ounce package of frozen spinach (thawed and drained), one 8-oz container of skim-milk plain Greek yogurt, one cup reduced-fat Parmesan cheese, and two cloves of garlic. Be sure to add salt and pepper to taste. Sometimes, for an extra kick, I use a dash of hot sauce.

You should start by using a vegetable dip mix like you buy for regular spinach dip. Instead of using regular mayonnaise, use Miracle Whip or a low fat mayonnaise. Also, use a light sour cream.

You could use whatever spinach dip recipe you have now, and just use fat free versions of ingredients. The recipe I found calls for fat free sour cream and cream cheese, onion soup mix, spinach, water chestnuts, and red onion.
