Do you have to purchase a car seat pad when you buy a new car seat?

Most car seats will already come with decorative padding already attached to them. However, if you are more concerned about the comfort of the child, safety or just the overall aesthetic of the seat you may purchase a car seat pad.

No you do not. The car seat comes with the padding that you see in the pictures. You don't have to go and buy anything special for it unless you want another base for a different car. Often times infant carriers have bases that make it easier to get it in and out of the car.

Car seats come with padding or upholstery, they don't come with a pad to place under the car seat. If you wish to place a pad under your car seat to protect the upholstery of your car you will have to make a separate purchase, these pads are relatively inexpensive.

Car seat pads are not a neccessity. They are nice to have with children cause kids can be very messy but no, you don't have to purchase a car seat pad with a new car seat.

You do not have to purchase an additional seat pad when you buy a car seat. Usually those who do only do it out of a matter of preference. I can sometimes make cleaning the seat easier since you can just remove it and wash it.

Yes, baby seats have their own pad. You may want to purchase a pad or mat to go under the baby seat and protect the seat in your car from spills and impressions that may be created by the baby seat. The hospital where I delivered would not allow the use of pads that where not included with the babyseat.

No, that isn't necessary as all new car seats that are available for sale include a pad. You are able to buy replacement car seat pads through most manufacturers.

when you buy a car sit every thing comes with it even the pad, they are very costy and i think everything does come with them.just make sure you buy the right one
