Yes they do, there is SWAT Siege and SWAT Global Strike Team. Both are great games, and can be picked up on ebay or amazon fairly cheaply. Unfortunately they won't be making anymore SWAT games for the PS2, and from the sound of it may not make anymore at all.

Yes SWAT has been released on PS2. Its a great first person shooter game. You can check its PS2 trailer on you can even google it. Its release date for PS2 was October 27 2003. You Can also play multiplayer on a single console by split screen. Upto 4 Players can play at the same time.
