Do they make smaller-profile toilets?

I want to put in a half-bath but the space is really limited.

There are some smaller toilets, but your bigger issue may be meeting code in your area. You need a certain number of inches from each wall/surface.

One suggestion is to put the toilet on an angle in the corner as long as there is enough room for legs on both side.

I would put a small toilet in a half bath to save space and then a small sink in the room and that should be it. Put a mirror above the sink and a shelf unit on the wall if storage is needed but nothing else on the floor.

If you are going to put in a half- bathroom then you should put aside more room or just turn the room into a closet. You must also consider how a larger guest would be able to maneuver in such a small space. You can barely fit a normal sized toilet in!

Of course! They make toilets of all shapes and sizes. If you want to conserve space they do make toilets with out a reservoir and they also make toilets that have a tiny seating area. just start the inevitable product catalog search, online or otherwise.

They do make smaller profile toilets and you can find some across the web, which includes many different styles and shapes. However, I'm not sure it would be a great idea. A friend of mine looked into getting one and it didn't turn out so great. Just be sure it is what you want.

Yes, definitely. Sometimes they're called 'apartment toilets.' They come in all price ranges, and there are various manufacturers such as Kohler, Toto, and Duravit, among others. You won't sacrifice flushabilty, either. A lot of people are going this route, even those with enough space for a regular sized toilet. If you can, search online for recommendations.
