Power pops are not sugar free, but they are designed to give an extra boost and curb hunger. I found sugarless candy to be just as effective.

Yes, they do, my friends have tried that and the effect is obvious.This candy reduces appetite and people do not want to have much food.It tastes good.

Power pops dont make you lose weight, diet and exercise will help you lose weight. Power pops just help give you energy, and feel fuller.
