Do beta fishes eat algae eaters?

No they should not be anywhere close to the algae eaters. If you have shrimp in your aquariums there is a possibility that the beta will eat them. Algae eaters and betas do not share the same areas in the aquarium so they wont have a problem getting along. Good Luck.

Beta fish may be in with algae eaters. As long as your beta fish has not been by itself for to long. Mine ate the algae eater for that reason.
