Did Nintendo ever make a GameCube2?

There was only ever one version of the GameCube ever produced by Nintendo. It was the system introduced after the N64 and was followed by the Wii.

No, Nintendo never made a gamecube2. The next game system they released is the famous Nintendo Wii. As of now, there are no plans to release a gamecube2, nor is it likely that there will ever be. Nintendo is likely to come up with a completely new system in a couple of years.
