Although no one knows for sure, it is highly unlikely that dinosaurs were able to dance. They were said to have small brains, which means they weren't very smart.
Well, physically speaking, they have legs so they would have the ability to dance, so it would be possible. But, I'd estimate it to be an extremely small possibility.
