Yes, if it is not working, check the warranty and see what the company can do for you. You could also buy a new one.

If the Console is in warranty and it was broken by something covered by that warranty, it can easily be replaced by returning it to the store or manufacturer. It can also be replaced for free if it is insured. Otherwise, it can be replaced by buying a new one.

First you will need to save all your settings and info to a memory card.Then you just add all your save files and setting to your new consoles hard drive.
