The Xbox 360 is NOT backwards compatible, therefore you cannot play Xbox games on your Xbox 360. Some original Xbox titles may be available on the Live Marketplace.

The best option would be to contact the current xbox game support and ask them about it. Since you asked about original game support then I believe they have made a new one. You can contact them via internet, or dig out some old game you have and look for the phone number.

You can still get support online for the xbox 360. They are still supporting the console with all their effort.

You don't. 360 support has it's own phone number that will connect you to the proper agents for help. They will be able to direct you appropriately. Remember, not all agents are trained in both systems, and therefore you only increase your frustration by calling the wrong place.

I would contact Microsoft from their website. For e.x: I have suffered from RROD, I would submit the application on there site

If you go to Microsoft's website and register, you should be able to find contact info to call them. Also, if you check in your owners manual that came with it, contact info will be included. Hope this helps.

if you are asking for contact info for a game on a xbox 360, you must contact the publisher of the game - they all have websites with support section.
