Yes. You have 2 main options: either send it into nintendo and pay for them to fix it, or order a screen and tools online and do it yourself.

Yes! It is entirely possible to replace the screen yourself without having to send it for what could be very costly repairs. You will however need a specialty screwdriver that you may not have lying around, and you will need a new screen. Ebay works great for those.

You can do it. Just look for a store that offers that kind of fix. If you can not find one near to your house, look at the Nintendo website.
