You can partially make flatbread in a breadmaker. First, you need to find a flatbread recipe that you'd like. Use your bread machine to do the mixing, kneading, rising, etc. When the bread machine is finished making your dough, remove the dough from the machine and roll it to the size and thickness that your recipe specifies. Cook as directed.
