Some companies to offer STD to their employees. Check your human resources or your occupational health department through your employer. Usually you would need to be with your company a certain amount of time before you would be eligible. There is also paperwork that needs to be completed by you and your Doctor before it would be approved.

No. Pregnancy isn't a disability. It's a wonderful experience that some Women who cannot get pregnant would die to experience. There is nothing wrong with you that could cause you not to be able to work.

Yes, most companies policies allow you to go on short term disability for pregnancy. In the US, this is generally six to eight weeks depending on the type of birth (8 weeks for a c-section).

Usually most places of employment will allow you to go on short term disability as long as you have a note from your doctor stating that it is necessary.
