No. Parasite Eve 3 is currently in development with a Japanese release date of December 22, 2010. It will only available for the Play Station Portable.

Parasite Eve 3 a.k.a. The 3rd Birthday is not schedule for release on the PSP in North America and Europe until 2010. It will be coming out in Japan December of this year though.

Yes you can I had the parasite eve series on my original PS1 and PS2. They were great games and can be found cheaply online.

Parasite Eve 3, known as "The 3rd Birthday" is only being released on Playstation Portable. It is scheduled for release on December 22nd 2010 in Japan, and the North American and European versions release date are to be announced.
