Regulations for burials vary by ara. Make sure you are following all laws for vaults, burials, caskets, etc. And you declare the land a cemetery preventing future use of it.

you would most likley need a zoning permit. even on farms there are things under ground put there by the state. wouldnt want to accidentally dig into the septic tank.
