A computer can in fact use two USB keyboards, you could also use a PS/2 and a USB keyboard. Sometimes the computer will warn you that there is a problem with the hardware but the computer will still recognize and be able to use both keyboards like two mouses.

Most people state that there computers recognize two separate USB keyboard with know problem. However not knowing anything about your setup I can't be certain it will work for you.

Two keyboards are used for some types of form filling with two people. I think you can use Two USB keyboards on a same Windows based Computer. More over you can use it simultaneously. You can not use two keyboards in different applications that is only work in single window. you have only one text pointer when text editing.
