yes, you can send a photo from your pc to any mobile phone via data cable or using bluetooth. If your phone is equipped with bluetooth technology, then switch on your mobile phone bluetooth and your PC's bluetooth. Otherwise, connect your phone to PC using a data cable and transfer the photo

Well the easiest way would probably be to just put the picture in an email and send it to the phone. Or use some program or site to message it to the phone. Otherwise just transfer it with a usb cable.

You can send a photo from most PC's to a mobile phone. It depends on the type of cell phone you have and whether or not it accepts emails. You should contact your phone provider.

Yes. Most modern phones like SonyEricsson W760i comes data cable with phone, USB on computer and phone clip. On phone select USB device e. g "mass storage" or watch menu options with menu help. When connected you may drop stuff on phone memory & memory card, look right folder what say "Image". You may explore on phone right place yourself.
