Yes, but depending on where the floor is positioned you may need some waterproofing to prevent the plywood from warping. If you use a waterproof adhesive, then this will solve problems. If you don't secure the plywood you may damage the laminate.

yes you can do this but you have to use some kind of water treatment for the plywood also the gypcrete has to be sealed.
