A women CAN be accused of sexual harassment and the rules are the same as they are for men, especially if the woman is in a position of power over the man. The problem is with men, they will be looked at as if they should appreciate when a woman takes an interest in them.

Women can definately be accused and charged of sexual harrassment. There are many cases each year of this in the court system. However, statistics show that men are prosecuted more.

Yes, even if you are a woman, you can still be accused, whether it be verbal or physical harrassment. There are many cases across the country in which a woman is charged with verbal sexual harrassment! It doesn't matter whether you are male or female!
