Yes, you can have problems with the injection from the novicine if it is done wrong and they can do damage if they extract it wrong. I would go to a oral surgin to get that done.

This would be extremely rare, but it's possible. Your nerves are very close to tips of roots. If your nerve is slighty "out of place", removing a tooth could cause some nerve damage that could be temporary or permanant. I would dicuss any questions with your dentist prior to an extraction.

A tooth extraction usually doesn't cause neurological problems unless the tooth is infected and the person develops an abscess in the gum. In this event, if the area is close enough to the spinal cord, such as a wisdom tooth or back molar, neurological symptoms could develop.

Yes, a tooth extraction can cause neurological problems. it will cause sinus headache etc... so go to doctor very soon and take care
