Probably not. A stiff neck is probably caused by your posture, your bed, or the pillows you're using. Try changing one of those before you go blaming the fan :).

Months ago, I focused an industrial fan on my left side while I worked at my PC for 4hrs, it resulted in a stiff left neck. Today, I forgot how painful that stiff neck was and I blew the same fan on my right side. I'm suffering now :(

Blowing cool air onto your back and neck can make your neck ache, but it is more likely the positon of your head and neck that make the neck stiff.

You should be grateful if you have fans. That means you are doing something exceptional. If they are real fans, you could probably get them to rub your neck. I have also heard of stubborn people as having stiff necks. I would like some fans, I would buy them lunch.

Fans could cause a stiff neck if they cool the muscles and cause them to spasm. You should use heat on it.

After searching the internet and reading plenty opinions, I've come to the conclusion that there is a North American belief that fans are the best things in technology therefore anyone blaming these devices for any health issue they may raise, is put down.
