It's been going on for 3 weeks.

It could be a pinched nerve in your neck. I would go to a doctor and get it diagnosed. If you are vomiting and fever, it could be meningitis.

It could be that you are sleeping wrong. It could also be the last effects of a previous injury. If you are that concerned a message might help.
